In fact, if you want your roses to continue looking their best, it is important that you do not water them, and make sure you keep them contained in the Giovaa rose case you received them in.

If you notice that your roses are looking a little dusty after a few months, then you can lightly remove the dust using a duster. Additionally, make sure to keep your roses in a room temperature environment in an area where they are not at risk of being crushed.

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order next day by 2:00pm EST. However, if your Giovaa box is on route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, Giovaa boxes are not eligible for returns. We are able to cancel orders if you contact us by 2pm EST the next day. However, if you contact us too late, or your order is already in progress, then we will not be able to cancel your order.

At the moment, Giovaa does not sell through third party retail. Giovaa boxes can only be purchased via the Giovaa.com website.
